As a Plan Consultant, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with Plan Sponsors, ensuring compliance, and guiding participants toward financial success.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to Plan Sponsors, providing expert guidance on plan design, administration, and execution.
✅ Monitor and maintain ERISA and DOL compliance, making recommendations to keep plans in line with regulatory standards.
✅ Lead fiduciary plan review meetings, offering insights on investment strategy and plan performance.
✅ Educate Plan Sponsors and participants, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.
✅ Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
✅ Conduct plan benchmarking and vendor due diligence to optimize plan offerings.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, networking, and strategic planning discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5 years of industry experience in retirement planning, financial consulting, or investment advisory
- ERISA & SEC regulatory knowledge with a strong understanding of compliance standards
- Industry certifications preferred (CRPS, CPFA®, QPFC, or similar)
- Strong relationship-building skills—you enjoy working with clients and creating long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and financial software
- A client-first mentality with a desire to continuously learn and grow
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $65,000yr-$80,000yr (based on experience)
- PTO: 3 weeks of vacation along with major holidays
