Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects from mobilization through project completion.
- Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily operations and evaluate the quality and efficiency of work and lead daily site meetings, set crew goals, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Evaluate project schedules and update and determine appropriate modifications to project schedules and resources to reflect the project's needs as they arise to ensure timely completion
- Interpret and execute drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Take action to make sure each home project is complete on schedule and ensure all contract obligations and safety protocols are satisfied
- Manage the customer experience throughout the entire process, including regular communications to keep them informed of progress, taking action, and negotiating solutions to address any concerns
- Assist in hiring and training crew leads and construction staff
- Manage the progress of projects and track all hours, materials, and budgets using Aspire PM tool
- Responsible for ensuring all work is compliant with safety standards, design specifications, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, costs, change orders, and client communications.
Requirements:
- 3 years of construction management for residential projects with a strong preference for landscape projects
- Highly motivated, results oriented, and detail focused with strong leadership capabilities
- Proven leadership skills managing multiple crews and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with project management tools, ideally Aspire
- Expert knowledge of construction standards, materials, and best practices for landscape and hardscape projects
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
