Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases related to ERP systems.
- Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization and automation.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications for developers and designers, including data models, mockups, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems, processes, and products.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Deep understanding of business processes and requirements in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
