REMOTE - Oracle Developer
CONTRACT - 6 months
Job Summary:
The Oracle Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Oracle databases and related technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, and will use their technical expertise to deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle databases and related technologies.
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations on best practices.
Develop and maintain database objects, including tables, views, procedures, and functions.
Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) and/or Oracle Forms.
Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date on Oracle technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3 years of experience in Oracle development.
Strong understanding of database design and development concepts.
Experience with Oracle databases, including Oracle 12c or later.
Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) and/or Oracle Forms is required.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming language is required.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle WebLogic Server is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
