Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour (based on experience and education)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support students in an educational setting, ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day.

Day in the Life:
- Morning Prep & Health Assessments: Review student health records, check in on ongoing medical concerns, and conduct routine assessments.
- Medication & Emergency Care: Administer medications, respond to medical emergencies, and provide care for students with chronic conditions.
- Supporting Students & Staff: Educate students on wellness, conduct health screenings, and train staff on safety procedures.
- End-of-Day Wrap-Up: Update health records, communicate with parents and teachers as needed, and ensure supplies are stocked for the next day.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) Certification
- Personal or professional passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Support students with mobility needs, including lifting, moving, and positioning as needed
Certifications & Training:
- NYS RN Licensure (must be maintained)
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED)
