House Supervisor/Program Coordinator
Full-time onsite position
The House Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations at one of the Artesian Homes. This position manages the staff that work in the home and ensures that policies and procedures are being followed. The House Supervisor/Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with mental health diagnoses in a residential setting while educating and training staff on state regulations. This is a non-exempt full-time position.

Qualifications:
- Must pass background check
- Current driver’s license without restrictions and ability to be insured under Artesian Home’s insurance policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year experience working in the behavioral health field required
- Self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement
- Knowledgeable of Sate Rule governing Health and Community Based Services
- Maintain current CPR, CPI, Medication Administration, and First Aid
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
Chain of Command: The House Supervisor position reports to a Regional Coordinator
Job Responsibilities (In addition to the KRAs):
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable direct care staff
- Communicate with the teams of the persons served as directed
- Print and file communication between team of persons served and Artesian Homes
- Facility upkeep
- Ensure progress reviews are completed on time and send to Regional Coordinator for review
- Conduct weekly staff meetings
- Conduct biweekly direct individual meetings with staff
- Knowledge of state requirements as stated in 245D
- Implement Artesian Homes’ policies and procedures
- Ensure all supplies are ordered
- House supplies
- Office supplies
- Medications
- Oversees persons served have everything that they need for daily living (appropriate mattress, bedding, clothing, etc.)
- Ensures persons served programs are followed and communicated
- Attend persons served meetings as needed
- Ensure that health needs and appointments are being managed
- Required on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
