Position requires 2-3 years demonstrative Production Art experience

Job Summary: From customer-provided artwork, edits, prepares and converts digital artwork in preparation for analog and digital print processes. This includes working closely with Sales and Customer Service to meet technical specifications and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

-Works with artwork and elements using Adobe Creative Suites: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and other graphic software.

-Adjust digital art to conform to all specifications as called out and review Art/Proofs

-Traps and separates files, steps and distorts images to specifications

-Processes artwork through film and plate making equipment for Flexographically printed jobs including making film positives and print plates for production.

-Maintains files and notation for accurate records

-Process digital files via RIP software, including maintenence of current art rev available at press.

-Orders and maintains inventory of supplies and materials for film and plate making

-Performs other art related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
