How you'll make an impact
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across various industries
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure the successful execution of projects.
About You
Bachelor’s degree with experience in captive insurance sales preferred- Proven experience in a senior business development role within the insurance or risk management industry selling captive products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a strategic focus on driving successful outcomes
