The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior customer service for all internal and external customers by establishing strong working relationships, using in-depth knowledge of company products, programs, and systems, and communicating effectively through both verbal and written forms of communication by way of telephone, email, and chat platforms.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following
A high school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) or more years of customer service experience - retail experience is a plus
The ability to professionally and effectively communicate to customers and artists by way of telephone, email, and chat platforms.
