About the Internship

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the medical device industry. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of our business, including medical education, business operations, sales support, and product training. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that will serve as a strong foundation for their future careers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in medical education programs, including hands-on cadaveric training and instructional courses.
• Support the operations and sales teams with administrative and logistical tasks.
• Work closely with our product specialists to gain insight into orthopedic surgical solutions and devices.
• Participate in projects related to business development, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, etc.) to support internal processes and organization.
• Gain exposure to real-world applications of medical devices and how they improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business functions and special initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the medical device industry, orthopedic products, and healthcare innovation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, etc.) is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, can-do attitude.
