Main Objective :
Conceptualize, plan, and create effective designs for marketing and corporate initiatives. Create cutting-edge, visually appealing designs for advertisements, working across multiple teams and balancing a wide range of deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design original pieces that includes single-page ads, spreads, tipons, posters, digital, and more
- Ensure deliverables are accurate and high quality and meet corporate standards
- Effectively to highlight product features and benefits and solve design challenges
- Current on design tool changes and Adobe updates
- Continue learning about the latest trends and the Arthrex brand
- Ability to work within strict deadlines, adhere to brand styles, and prioritize work based on management's directives
- Ability to collaborate with other teams and receive feedback from higher management and stakeholders in a positive manner
- Maintain brand consistency and process documentation across all marketing projects
