The Field Operations Compliance Analyst will operate within the Field Operations Support and Territory Field Operations Management team to manage product alerts and recalls at all Arthrex agency locations and monitor inventory transactions to ensure compliance with all Field Operations policies and procedures to minimize inventory issues. This role must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using qualitative and quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working in small teams on projects, effective communication with other teams or leaders, and prepare, review and present essential reports and data for the Field Operations Support manager as well as other managers within the Field Operations team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Process and oversee any product alerts and recalls and provide necessary updates or reports to the Field Operations Support, Territory Field Operations, Field Logistics Services, Returns Team, Quality Department, and Legal Department management.
- Work closely with the Arthrex Territory Field Managers to resolve any outstanding alert or recalled product(s) from the Agency to ensure the product is immediately retrieved from the field.
- Research, review, and process billing of agency consignment inventory and monitor compliance by agencies.
- Analyze agency Inventory transactions to reconcile product alerts and ensure compliance with all Arthrex and Field Operations Policies.
- Collaborates with Quality personnel and Returns Processing personnel to investigate discrepancies.
- Assist new agencies with questions and introduce them to Arthrex protocols and procedures and provide guidance and support to the agency owner and office personnel as they become familiar with effectively handling product alerts.
- Analyze and qualitatively review data and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness and present and review reports with leaders within the Field Operations Team.
- Analyze and troubleshoot inventory issues at the request of agencies and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting metrics supporting the Field Operations Team.
- Responsible for updating the product alert and recall work instructions and the Alert and Recall Violation Policy.
- Responsible for communicating the Alert and Recall policy and procedures to agencies to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of product alert and recall activities.
- Continuous process improvement with reporting, analyzing, and monitoring of agency’s consignment inventory.
- Prepare department monthly, quarterly, and annual reports supporting the Field Operations Support Manager.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation and agency inventory transitions or terminations when needed.
- Assist with special projects the Field Operations Support management team assigns.
Education / Experience :
Knowledge :
General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Complete understanding and application of agency account billing policies and procedures.
