The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and International Teams are responsible for planning, forecasting, sales reporting, and special projects supporting various cross-functional teams. We are searching for an intern pursuing a Finance or related Business degree to support the FP&A and International Teams at Arthrex, Inc. The successful candidate will participate in reporting and analytics and special projects related to sales performance and business optimization.
This internship will run from May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective :
To understand the Arthrex Business, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and International functions. Select student will contribute to special projects within those functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Partner with Product Finance and FP&A Teams to provide routine and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.
- Support Contracts and Systems Teams in review and interpretation of contracts and calculation of rebate and Arthrex Alliance Program performance metrics.
- Assist Product Finance and FP&A Teams with special projects in support of year-end planning and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with International Pricing Team and Cross-Functional Partners to provide data and reporting in support of international pricing strategies.
- Monitor relevant operational performance, variances to plan, and related expenditures.
- Support International Finance Team, preparing reporting and analytics associated with International Business initiatives.
Education and Experience :
Progress towards a college degree in Business required, preferably in Finance or Accounting. A college sophomore or junior preferred. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern / co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements / Specialized Courses and / or Training :
Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Machine, Tools, and / or Equipment Skills :
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
