- Responsible for proper application and education on the Use/Care of Orthosis.
- Responsible for providing accurate information to the patient on expected outcomes resulting from using orthosis.
- Working with EMR systems to access patient information.
- Understanding Insurance portals and submitting authorizations for patient
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of off-the-shelf and custom braces.
- Working in compliance with HIPPA and OSHA standards.
