- Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Payment Management: Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing credit cards, cash, and other payment methods. Maintain proper record-keeping for financial transactions.
- Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, addressing inquiries, scheduling, and requests. Direct calls to the appropriate people and provide accurate information.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments efficiently using our scheduling system.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating patient needs and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Multitasking: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
