AARA/ Arthritis Osteoporosis Treatment and Research Center, Rheumatology Specialty, is a fast-growing rheumatology practice seeking a full-time Medical Office Manager / Administrator in Training Position
Experienced, motivated, energetic, organized, and dependable to provide compassionate care to our fast-paced medical office.

DUTIES AND TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES

· Working closely with the current Administrator in operating the Care Center
· Managing Front Office Grow into Back office
· Maintain optimal New Patient inflow. Maintaining patient base
· Managing Scheduling of both staff and patients
· Managing Patient relations
· Attention to detail and Accuracy
· Consistent Punctuality and Dependability
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· EMR Experience a must. NextGen System knowledge would be an asset
· Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Teams and Microsoft Office Package. AI useful
· Medical Specialty terminology Rheumatology useful
· really required tests must be successfully completed
· Multi language desirable but not necessary. Spanish speaking a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 Years experience in Medical Office Management or Medical Assistant Office Management with billing and coding required
