Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist for one of our clients.
HR Generalist
- supports key HR functions, including employee engagement, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role assists with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback programs, and recognition activities. The HR Generalist 2 coordinates recruitment processes, manages onboarding and offboarding, and helps administer employee benefits programs. Additionally, the position supports internal communications by distributing HR updates and company initiatives. The HR Generalist 2 also provides assistance on special HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. In the absence of the HR Generalist 1, this role provides backup support for day-to-day HR tasks and operations.
HR Generalist 2
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Assists with the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing surveys, feedback programs, and recognition activities
- Recruitment Support: Coordinates the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting job postings and candidate screening to ensure timely hiring.
- Benefits Administration: Assists in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., healthcare, retirement plans), and supports the benefits enrollment process.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assists with new hire onboarding and facilitates the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Employee Communications: Supports communication efforts by distributing HR updates, policies, and company initiatives to employees.
- HR Support for Special Projects: Provides support for HR-led special projects, such as recruitment drives, organizational changes, etc., ensuring smooth execution and alignment with HR goals.
- Backup Support: Provides essential support in the absence of HR Generalist 1 by assisting with various HR tasks and operations.
HR Generalist 2
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field. Any combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible professional-level human resource experience.
Position Specific:
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and software applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in organization, time management, adaptability, flexibility, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to be a team member.
- Flexibility of schedule and willingness to work select evenings and/or weekends.
