Data Architect

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Data Architect, as a Data Architect you ll focus on designing and implementing data architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and other data services. It involves managing large-scale data warehouses, optimizing SQL pools, developing ETL processes, ensuring data governance, and maintaining high-performance, secure databases while supporting business goals and compliance standards. This is an opportunity to tackle challenging problems and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Azure Synapse Analytics, Dedicated SQL Pools, and Azure SQL databases
• Write advanced T-SQL queries and manage database objects, constraints, and error handling
• Design scalable data architectures aligned with business goals
• Implement data governance, ensuring data security and compliance
• Integrate data from various sources and manage ETL processes
• Ensure high performance and reliability of cloud-based data solutions
• Develop with Python or Scala and integrate Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft solutions

Must-Have:

• Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience is required
• 8 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar position

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is desired
• MS Dynamics Power Platform Certifications are desired
