Must-Have:
- 10 years of experience in product management or related fields, developing consumer-focused digital solutions.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring product teams.
- Expertise in prioritizing and executing digital roadmaps for high-priority projects.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, IT trends, and distributor/consumer-facing businesses.
- Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and track cross-team dependencies.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
- Effective communication and cultural sensitivity in diverse, global environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PM certifications preferred.

Pay: $195,475.00 - $210,987.00 per year
