Core Requirements:
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting with electrical & automation
- High School Diploma with at least 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience with supporting PLC, automation systems, and low voltage / electronic systems
- Experience with troubleshooting over the phone
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Must be prepared to answer calls for help 24/7 (except when you're on vacation, of course!)
