Must-Have Skills:

• 10 years of experience as HCM Recruiting Lead
• Workday Recruiting Certification
• Proven experience in Workday Recruiting design and configuration
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Workday implementations in higher education
• Familiarity with standard Workday implementation deliverables (e.g., configuration workbooks, business process documentation)
