Location: Westlake, LA, USA, 70669 (5 days Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months only
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Must Have:
- Max 2-5 yrs of expereince required with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and professional support to non-technical users through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Experience with ticketing systems and familiarity with operating systems, enterprise software, and remote/onsite support tools.
Salary : $35
