Job Summary: Reconcile inventory at various terminals and locations using ETRM Software (RightAngle). Resolve out-of-balance conditions, ensuring accurate inventory. Coordinate with supply, marketing, and other companies to address outstanding items and comply with operational agreements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years experience with SAP or similar ERP applications, Microsoft Office
- Ability to research inventory and billing questions
- Teamwork skills
Job Duties:
- Actualize LightOil Hydrocarbon inventory movements for the inventory system.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to resolve inventory issues.
- Ensure equity terminals are balanced before inventory closes in RightAngle by the 3rd business day of the month.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory closing activities.
- Conducted physical inventory counts with supply, terminal operations, and internal auditors at terminal locations.
