Position Summary:
Arthur Lawrence seeks an experienced Asset Management Administrator to oversee IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory, managing procurement and disposal processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting IT operations. You will also play a key role in configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow ITAM module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and audit IT asset inventory (hardware, software, peripherals)
• Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Ensure compliance with licensing and vendor agreements
• Support procurement and deployment of assets
• Configure and manage the ServiceNow ITAM module
• Generate reports on asset utilization and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident and change management
• Provide user support and training on asset procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM
• 3 years in IT asset management, datacenter environments, and IT operations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically when needed
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of compliance and IT asset lifecycle best practices

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications like CHAMP or CSAM are a plus

Other:

• Must be available for after-hours support as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
