Must-Have:
- 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experienced with ServiceNow Development, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST APIs
- Worked with different modules including Incident, Problem, Asset, and Change management
- Well-versed with Service Catalog, ITIL, CMDB, configuration, and integration process
- Bachelor s degree in CS/IT or any other related field
Nice-to-Have:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or any other related certification
