• 5 years of experience as a VolPay Business Analyst
• Experienced with payments workflow testing, MS Office Suite, and Scrum/Kanban
• Worked with data mapping requirements, Swift MT/ MX, Jira, and Agile Functions
• Well-versed with Visio, data mapping, and Swift MT/MX)
