PART TIME SATURDAY ONLY Administrative Assistant:
PART TIME Applicant must be able to work the following hours at our Dallas location: Saturdays 9:30am-4pm
We are looking for a mature, fun, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a classy, upbeat, and fast-paced environment. Are you service oriented and computer savvy? Do you enjoy interacting with people? Are you a bit of a night owl looking for a 2nd career later in life? We're looking for you! The right candidate will be reliable, personable, with professional attire and appearance, and should be able to do everything from answer phones, schedule appointments, greet incoming guests, collect payments, some creative design work, and more. Not all skills are a must, but definitely a plus. Must be professional, punctual, organized and detail oriented. We are looking for a team player who can assist and support our busy management team and staff. We want to create a consistent environment from the front desk to the dance floor - so if you love interacting with people, this may be the job you're looking for. This is a full time, long term position. A great job for someone with a restaurant, bartending, or service related background.

Must have excellent phone skills, basic bookkeeping, proficient with Microsoft and Google platforms.
