Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Project Engineer with experience in civil engineering design and surveying to oversee and execute projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, and land surveying, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Manage civil engineering and surveying projects, including planning, design, and execution
- Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and land surveys
- Develop detailed engineering designs, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
- Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Utilize CAD, GIS, and surveying software to produce accurate project documentation
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and field surveyors
- Conduct quality control checks and risk assessments throughout project phases
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and progress updates to stakeholders
