We are hiring a Night shift cheese production operator to join our team of highly skilled and talented cheesemakers and operators! Be part of making award winning soft cheese team, producing mascarpone, ricotta and vegan cream cheese . Work with cheese processing, automated packaging and sanitation systems & equipment. Responsibilities include operation of equipment, set up and adjustments of the machine, quality inspections, troubleshooting, paperwork and sanitation duties.

Qualifications
Machine Operator and food manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Must have a mechanical aptitude, strong time management skills with ability to multi task and have excellent attention to detail.
