Pay:
- 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM): $22.00/hr
- 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM): $23.00/hr
- 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM): $23.50/hr
Schedule:
- 1st & 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday
Job Description:
Arthur Services is seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Trainer to join our team in Kings Mountain, NC. If you are safety-focused, knowledgeable in warehouse equipment operations, and passionate about training others, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for training new hires on the proper use and safety procedures of cherry picker forklifts. You will also support operations as needed, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and certify employees on Cherry Picker operation and safety procedures
- Observe trainees and provide feedback to ensure safety and productivity standards are met
- Conduct on-the-floor coaching and evaluations
- Operate cherry picker as needed to assist with warehouse duties
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment
- Collaborate with supervisors to track trainee progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift
- Experience training or mentoring team members preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
