CNC Programmer / Operator Lead Position Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years CNC Mill and CNC Lathe Program / Work holding / Setup / Operation
- Experience in both CAD / CAM and Mazatrol
- Tool Management Experience
- Metrology Equipment Management Experience
- Additional Beneficial Experience
- CMM Experience
- AS9100 / ISO 9001 Experience
- ERP Experience
- Shop & Team Management Experience
Position Description :
The position of CNC Programmer / Operator is a lead role. This team member will be able to take a customer blueprint through all manufacturing stages from CAD Design, through setup and machining, to final inspection and packaging. This person should be self-motivated and possess the ability to work through tasks and jobs with minimal assistance. This position works alongside and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Time management and attention to running a lean and economical workspace are crucial. The ideal candidate will not only have the experience required to perform the required daily tasks but also be able to properly train and delegate tasks to others.
