Job Title: Dock Stocker Operator
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM ($17/hr)
- 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM ($18/hr)
- Overtime Bonus: Extra $2/hr on weekends during overtime
- Trainer Bonus: Additional $1/hr when promoted to New Hire Trainer
- Referral Bonus: $40 per friend referred

We are actively seeking an experienced Dock Stocker Operator to join our team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in operating dock stocking equipment to help ensure efficient warehouse operations. The position offers a referral bonus of $40 for each friend you bring onboard, with opportunities to earn more as a New Hire Trainer and during weekend overtime shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate order picking equipment to transport products and materials within the warehouse
- Load, unload, and organize materials to meet daily production goals
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as required to support team objectives
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
