Manufacturing Assembler
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7:30am-4pm
- Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm-6am or 11pm-7:30am
Pay: $16 (1st), $17 (3rd)
Overtime: Usually done during the week but a weekend day might be required every now and then.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling metal parts, operating a rivet machine, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal components with precision and accuracy
- Operate a rivet machine safely and efficiently
- Cross-train in multiple workstations to support production needs
- Maintain a steady workflow and meet daily production targets
- Adapt to a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
- Reliable attendance is critical – no scheduled days off within the first two weeks
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
