Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to technical specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to perform bending and shaping tasks on metal sheets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and tolerances.
- Adjust machine settings, such as angle and pressure, to achieve desired results.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues that arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
