Quality Control Lab Tech
Location: Belmont, NC
Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday / 6am-4pm
After Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday / 4pm-2am
Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr
Qualifications Required for Candidates:
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow both simple and detailed instructions
- Forklift experience required
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Job Description
The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting quality tests on all incoming rubber materials and those produced from the rubber mill production line. Upon completing the testing process, they will transport materials to designated areas using a forklift. This role requires close communication with rubber mill operators to promptly report whether materials meet quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
