Position: Local Sales Ambassador (DFW Only) – Pickleball Brand
Location: DFW Metroplex
Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote (Local Field Work Required)
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Local Sales Ambassador to represent ARTI within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This individual will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, building community engagement, and increasing sales through grassroots efforts.
The ideal candidate will promote ARTI’s products at local pickleball tournaments and community events through pop-up activations, as well as engage in door-to-door outreach to local clubs, shops, and players. You’ll serve as the face of the brand in the region — creating memorable in-person experiences, forming relationships with customers and retail partners, and actively contributing to our local growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent ARTI at local pickleball events, pop-ups, and tournaments
- Execute door-to-door outreach to clubs, retailers, and facilities to promote brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players, customers, and local pickleball communities
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Gather and report market insights and customer feedback
- Support event planning, coordination, and logistics when needed
- Social media support and content creation is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or brand ambassadorship
- Passion for pickleball and general knowledge of gear and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including some weekends for events
- Experience with event marketing, pop-ups, or grassroots outreach is a strong plus
- Relevant educational background is a bonus, but not required
