We manufacture and develop top-of-the line pyrolysis reactors for the production of biochar, activated carbon, and “green” carbon black. Our mission is to demonstrate the value of biochar as a green technology able to sequester CO2 from the atmosphere and bring life back into the soil
At ARTI we are looking for a dedicated professional committed to excellence, who will ensure for leading and developing our US sales presence. We are looking grow our entrepreneurial team with a new Sales Executive who will:
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Be responsible for the quarterly execution of sales activities and delivering the sales target.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Work with inside sales, technical sales, maintenance and services and the C-Suite.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience.
- Based within 200 miles of Des Moines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or Google.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with ability to build lasting, productive business relationships with employees, management, and peers.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with materials processing a plus.
- Experience in agronomy and sustainability desired but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and auditing skills required.
- Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.Ability to work flexible hours, travel up to 50%, including weekends when required.
