Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Responsible for answering phones, triage and directing calls
- Learn products and be able to make recommendations
- Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues
- Manage social media
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Reach out and interact with future clients
Skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
- Excellent social, communication and negotiation skills
- English verbal and written communication skills are a must. Spanish is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
