What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager - Automation Group position at ArtiFlex Manufacturing?
We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate awarded programs for our Automation Group, which produces high-quality automation and robotic cells for our customers manufacturing efforts. Ideal candidates will have a technical / analytical background coupled with experience managing programs in a large stamping / welding environment.
In this influential role, the selected candidate will :
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plan. Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and costs. Measure performance.
- Travel with the installation team to facilitate on-site efforts and serve as the point of contact (up to 15% of time on travel)
