Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Management Focal to lead and coordinate critical program initiatives within our aerospace projects. This individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing schedules and milestones, ensuring Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance, and supporting strategic execution through robust data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage individual project plans and tracking as part of a larger program portfolio
- Create and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Coordinate across functional teams from supply base through final assembly
- Support program management in building IMS, WBS, and RAM aligned with the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Organize and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); ensure alignment with overall program execution
- Lead EVM tracking and reporting activities; ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop internal/external reports, metrics, and visual dashboards for leadership reviews
- Analyze cost, performance, and milestone data to provide accurate forecasts
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain robust documentation, reports, and audit support
- Champion a culture of teamwork, influence without authority, and lead by example
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4–5 years of relevant program/project management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices
- Ability to analyze and visualize large datasets effectively
- Experience in schedule development and project reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Aerospace industry or familiarity with aerospace standards
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
- Advanced skills in data analysis and metrics visualization
Salary : $40 - $45
