We Are Hiring : Senior CNC Programmer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing NC programming for machining centers, ensuring precision and efficiency in CNC operations. If you have experience in CNC programming and a strong understanding of machining processes, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary

As a Senior CNC Programmer , you will be responsible for :

  • Developing and optimizing CNC programs for structural components.
  • Enhancing existing programs from 3-axis to 5-axis machining.
  • Performing tool path simulation, verification, and validation .
  • Creating setup and shop floor documentation .
  • Revising and updating CNC programs and documents based on FAI reports and engineering changes .
  • Providing shop floor support during tryouts.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Education & Experience :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in CNC programming.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Strong experience in CNC program generation using UG NX or Creo .
  • Proficiency in Vericut software for program verification.
  • Initial job preparation and setup for program generation .
  • Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and inserts used in various machines.
  • Solid understanding of drawing standards and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) .
