Artiminds is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team and take the lead in delivering diverse technology projects for our enterprise clients. Individuals in this role are seen and perform as delivery partners, expected to work with minimal supervision. They receive full leadership support to lead and manage program operations, including hiring and retaining talent, winning customer sentiment through high-quality software delivery, and ensuring desired financial results.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with customer teams of all ranks and departments to understand business needs and co-define technology solutions with the customer.
- Clearly communicate business and milestone expectations to engineering teams via tools like JIRA Epics, spreadsheets, and project plans.
- Hands-on experience with Sprint execution, including the ability to run a Sprint team independently and implement processes across a program.
- Understand and track project financials, including metrics like Gross Margin and Net Margin.
- Understand SCRUM and Kanban processes, ensuring their implementation across multiple projects.
- Manage Project Managers by setting clear expectations across management and technology talent, defining responsibilities, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
- Take the initiative to continuously improve processes.
- Build and maintain relationships across leadership teams to achieve project and company objectives effectively.
- Continuously learn new engineering tools and practices.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 8 years of professional experience.
- 4 years of hands-on coding experience in your career is a must.
- Recent experience delivering web, mobile, and cloud-based applications is essential.
- Experience delivering SharePoint-based intranet portals is a big plus.
- Proven experience in full-cycle project management: customer management, people management, and process management.
- Experience managing Project Managers/Leads.
- Experience working with remote teams across significant time differences.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, CI/CD tools, and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating people, culture, processes, and objectives.
- Ability to simplify complex problems involving people, processes, and technology.
Salary : $65 - $70
