Concrete Journeyman, Laborers, Lead men and Foremen

We are hiring concrete Journeymen and Laborers, Lead men and Foremen, in

Kalispell Montana. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that enjoy working as

part of a team. No experience is required. We will provide on the job training.

Artisan Concrete Works has a reputation for being an industry leader in structural

Labor Applicants: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.

Applicants must be willing to learn new and expand skills in the concrete construction

field. The Concrete Laborer is responsible for performing general laborer duties at

various residential, commercial sites under the supervision of the job Foreman.

Commitment to safety is required.

Foreman Applicants: A Foreman will have strong leadership skills with the ability to

motivate and manage a team respectfully. Have knowledge of blueprint, layout of

concrete and steel rebar placement. Construction technology is helpful.

Employee Responsibilities:

• Be safe and drive safe at all times while you are representing the company

• Operate the equipment safely and properly.

• Keep the equipment clean and general maintenance. Wash the concrete, dirt and

grease off of the truck and tools.

• Represent the company with courteous service to the customers, most of all.

Qualifications:

• Driver’s License required

• Must be punctual

• 18 years of age

• Must have a cellular phone

• Be able to work in and around construction sites

• Must be willing to learn basic tool operating skills

• Speak English – bilingual is a great qualification

Physical Requirements:

 Must be able to verbally communicate

 Good physical shape to climb on and around equipment in all weather conditions

common to the area

 Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

 Must accept getting grimy at times

 Must be able to maneuver and get around construction site and enjoy working

outdoors with all weather conditions.

Schedule:

 4 hour shift

 8 hour shift

 10 hour shift

 Home daily

 Home weekends

 Day Shift

 Monday through Friday

 Overtime

 Weekends as needed

 Flexible hours

Compensation and Benefits:

 Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

 Wage average $65k – $110K per year, D.O.E.
