Currently, we are looking to welcome a skilled freelance graphic designer with a passion for branding and visual storytelling and experience working in a regulated industry. If you're ready to join our vibrant talent community, let's create something unique together! This opportunity is a 6-month contract and will be hybrid (three days onsite), based in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking Los Angeles, California, residents for this opportunity only.

Your Expertise :
Strong grasp of core design principles , including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy .
Experience in production design , including ads, PowerPoint presentations, email banners, and photo searches in a regulated and professional industry.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, preferably Content Hub , to support asset organization.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally , ensuring all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements .
Your Responsibilities :
Focus on production-based design work , including ads, PowerPoint decks, email banners, and other digital and print assets .
Ensure brand consistency by maintaining templates and developing scalable design systems .
Support asset organization and workflow efficiency using Content Hub .
Work closely with PR, Digital Media, Video, and other internal teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion, adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of experience in a creative or professional services environment, preferably in a regulated or corporate industry .
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Proficiency in digital-first design, including web, social media, and content management systems.
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is highly preferred, specifically Content Hub .
Strong photography selection skills and knowledge of accessibility best practices .
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
