We are currently seeking Los Angeles, CA residents for this opportunity only.About our Client : Our client is a major player in the entertainment and live event industry.They focus on elevating the digital experience for users across multiple platforms.With innovation at their core, they emphasize the importance of scalability and consistent user engagement.Your Expertise : Must have 2-4 years of experience designing for B2B platforms, with an emphasis on end-to-end product design.Strong skills in user discovery, research, and problem-solving—able to identify user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems to create consistent, scalable designs.A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create designs that balance user needs, complex business requirements, and usability principles.Your Responsibilities : Lead the discovery and research phase by conducting user interviews and gathering insights to inform design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and user interactions.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with user experience.Engage in testing and iteration, ensuring that feedback is integrated into the design process and that the final product addresses user pain points.Solve complex design problems by considering the user’s perspective and business objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for B2B clients.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into your work.Requirements : Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX are pluses.A strategic thinker with a user-centered approach to design, capable of solving complex design challenges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
