Duties
- Prepare and finish custom cabinetry and millwork using paints, stains, glazes, and other finishing techniques.
- Perform sanding, surface preparation, and finishing processes to achieve a flawless final product.
- Accurately mix and apply paint formulas to ensure precise color matching based on project specifications.
- Inspect and maintain quality standards throughout the finishing process.
- Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper care of finishing equipment and materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet or custom millwork finishing.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and tools, including paints, stains, and glazes.
- Strong understanding of paint formulas and the ability to mix custom colors accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
