JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving Artisan Design Group’s (ADG) compensation programs. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting job and market analyses, supporting the administration of job architecture, and maintaining salary structures and benchmarking processes. The ideal candidate will work to ensure regulatory compliance and stay abreast of industry trends to guide compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and excited to contribute to the development and scaling of our compensation processes as we continue our hypergrowth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the design and administration of comprehensive compensation programs, including job architecture, market benchmarking, and the annual salary planning process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in managing the annual compensation review cycle by providing analytical support, developing and maintaining project plans, and collaborating with HR functions to drive efficient execution.
- Build and maintain advanced quantitative models in Excel to support data-driven decisions, including data gathering, modeling, and analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, using data to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Design and maintain tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation programs, streamlining processes and reporting capabilities.
- Partner closely with Total Rewards leader to facilitate discussions with managers on compensation decisions, ensuring consistency and fairness in pay practices.
- Provide communication and training to managers and employees on compensation matters, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the broader HR function and with business stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust on compensation-related matters.
- Regularly review and audit compensation practices to ensure consistency, compliance with regulations, and alignment with industry standards to maintain competitive compensation offerings.
- Support compensation projects as needed, including the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the HRIS system, Paylocity, to improve data management and compensation program administration.
- Ensure all compensation programs are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and employee retention efforts, consistently adapting to market trends and organizational needs.
