We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of epoxy flooring installation and related construction tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Flooring Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of epoxy flooring materials
- Prepare surfaces for installation by ensuring they are clean, dry, and level.
- Diamond Grind and cleaning floors using best practices
- Mixing te products properly for installation.
- Execute concrete finishing tasks as required for flooring preparation.
- Apply sealants to ensure a finished look and prevent moisture infiltration.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the overall appearance of installed areas.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion.
- Work with customers to make sure we install their floors to their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields such as the restoration industry.
- Familiarity with installation techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing processes is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to efficiently drive and pull a trailer

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
