Overview: As a Sales Staff member at Artisan Insight Studios LLC, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience of our guests participating in paint-your-own pottery and candle-making activities. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the studio.
- Assist customers in choosing pottery pieces or candle-making supplies, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Provide guidance on painting techniques, candle-making processes, and product usage to ensure an enjoyable experience for customers.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Educate customers about the different pottery pieces available for painting and their respective prices.
- Explain the candle-making process, including types of wax, scents, and decorative options.
- Promote add-on products such as brushes, paints, and decorative elements to enhance customer projects.
Studio Operations Support:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front studio area, including display shelves and workstations.
- Monitor and restock pottery pieces, paints, brushes, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist with studio set-up and cleanup before and after customer sessions.
Payment Processing:
- Operate a cash register or POS system to process transactions accurately.

Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the studio.
