Your Role:
- Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor property managers, ensuring exceptional performance and adherence to company values.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance and implement action plans to meet goals. Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Portfolio Oversight: Ensure properties meet aesthetic and safety standards, coordinating capital improvement needs. Compliance: Maintain adherence to all governing documents and operational policies.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Ability to prioritize the well-being of others and create a supportive environment for teams and communities.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience in multifamily property management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AppFolio experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Midwest.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
